Grupo Plan is a Mexico City based real estate development group founded in 1993 with experience in the planning, development, design, construction and operation of prominent tourism resorts, golf resorts with Hotel and Villas, residential, land development, office, industrial, commercial and mixed-use projects. Grupo Plan and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. signed an agreement through which Starwood will manage a group of hotels, including The Haciendas, owned by Grupo Plan in the Yucatan Peninsula and the Pacific Coast of Mexico under Starwood's Luxury Collection brand.
